Since the 1680s, the Geer Family has made their home on the land that is now Geer Farm and The Overlook. We are proud to say that we represent one of the longest histories of one family owning the same tract of land in New England. From two brothers coming to America and founding their homestead on hundreds of acres in Griswold, CT over three hundred years ago, much has changed in the centuries of Geer Family lineage, if not the land.
Today, the Geer Family is proud to open our arms and welcome guests to the place we’ve called home for generations. Come and see why we love it here.
